📋 利用規約

第1条（適用）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、合同会社 慣人's（以下「当社」）が提供する GPB市場調査ツール（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 ユーザーの皆さまは、本規約に同意の上、本サービスをご利用ください。

第2条（利用資格）

本サービスは、当社が許可したユーザーのみが利用できます。以下に該当する方はご利用いただけません：

• 当社が利用を認めていない方
• 過去に本規約に違反したことがある方
• その他、当社が不適切と判断した方

第3条（アカウント管理）

ユーザーは、自己の責任においてログイン情報（メールアドレス・パスワード）を管理してください。

• 第三者へのアカウント情報の開示・貸与・譲渡は禁止します
• アカウント情報の紛失・漏洩が判明した場合は、直ちに当社へご連絡ください
• 第三者によるアカウント使用により生じた損害について、当社は一切責任を負いません

第4条（Google連携・OAuth認証）

本サービスでは、Google Business Profile API を利用するために Google アカウントとの OAuth 2.0 認証連携を行います。

• 連携により取得した情報は、本サービスの提供目的のみに使用します
• Google の利用規約および各種ポリシーを遵守した上でご利用ください
• 連携解除はいつでも行うことができます（本サービス内またはGoogleアカウント設定から）

第5条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用において以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 当社または第三者の知的財産権・プライバシー・名誉を侵害する行為
• 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
• 不正アクセスまたはそれを試みる行為
• 本サービスを通じて取得したデータを無断で第三者に提供・販売する行為
• その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為

第6条（サービスの変更・停止）

当社は、以下の場合に事前通知なく本サービスの内容を変更・停止することがあります：

• システムメンテナンス・障害対応のため
• 天災・停電・その他不可抗力による場合
• Google API の仕様変更・提供終了等による場合
• その他、当社が必要と判断した場合

第7条（免責事項）

当社は、本サービスの利用によってユーザーに生じた損害（データ損失・機会損失等を含む）について、 当社に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。 また、Google のサービス変更・障害等に起因する損害についても同様です。

第8条（知的財産権）

本サービスに関する著作権・商標権その他の知的財産権は、 当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。 ユーザーは、当社の事前承諾なく本サービスのコンテンツを複製・転載・二次利用することはできません。

第9条（規約の変更）

当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。 変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。 重要な変更がある場合は、サービス内でお知らせします。

第10条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）

本規約の解釈・適用は日本法に準拠します。 本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を 第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第11条（お問い合わせ）

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the GPB Market Research Tool ("Service") provided by Knowledgers LLC (合同会社 慣人's, "we" or "Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Eligibility)

The Service is available only to users authorized by the Company. The following persons may not use the Service:

• Persons not authorized by the Company
• Persons who have previously violated these Terms
• Any other persons deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 3 (Account Management)

Users are responsible for managing their login credentials (email address and password).

• Disclosing, lending, or transferring account credentials to third parties is prohibited
• Please notify us immediately if you discover that your credentials have been lost or compromised
• We are not liable for any damages arising from unauthorized use of your account

Article 4 (Google Integration / OAuth Authentication)

The Service uses OAuth 2.0 authentication with Google accounts to access the Google Business Profile API.

• Information obtained through the integration is used solely for providing the Service
• Users must comply with Google's Terms of Service and policies
• You may revoke the integration at any time (via the Service or Google Account settings)

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in any of the following when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or reputation of the Company or third parties
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access
• Providing or selling data obtained through the Service to third parties without authorization
• Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 6 (Service Changes and Suspension)

The Company may change or suspend the Service without prior notice in the following cases:

• For system maintenance or incident response
• Due to natural disasters, power outages, or other force majeure events
• Due to changes or discontinuation of Google APIs
• Any other cases deemed necessary by the Company

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages (including data loss and lost opportunities) incurred by users through the use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company. The same applies to damages caused by changes or failures in Google's services.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or the respective rights holders. Users may not reproduce, republish, or otherwise use the Service's content without prior consent from the Company.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may modify these Terms as necessary. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Significant changes will be announced within the Service.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location as the court of first instance.
